Ghana: Tullow signs Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire the TEN FPSO in Ghana
Tullow Oil has announced that its its wholly-owned subsidiary Tullow Ghana Limited (TGL) on behalf of itself and its joint venture (JV) partners has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire the floating production, storage and offloading vessel (FPSO) Prof. John Evans Atta Mills. The FPSO is the production facility for the TEN Fields on the Deep Water Tano Block, offshore Ghana. -

Norway: Norwegian Offshore Directorate reports high production and increase in petroleum resources
According to the Resource Accounts for 2025, oil production on the Norwegian continental shelf (NCS) in 2025 was the highest since 2009. The Resource Accounts show high production of both liquids and gas, and that resource growth is replacing 60 per cent of production. -

PetroNor E&P: Interim financial report for the quarter ended 31 December 2025
In the fourth quarter, PetroNor E&P completed a lifting and sale of 540,000 bbls of entitlement oil, generating USD ~33 million in cash. Production rate increased with the conclusion of the infill drilling campaign, bringing the 2025 net exit rate to 5,400 bopd. -

US: BOEM proposes third Gulf of America lease sale under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act
The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management has announced a Proposed Notice of Sale for the third offshore oil and gas lease sale under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. The proposed lease sale, known as Lease Sale Big Beautiful Gulf 3, or BBG3, is scheduled to take place on Aug. 12, 2026.
