RWE announces changes to the Management Board of RWE Offshore Wind GmbH
Sven Utermöhlen, CEO of RWE Offshore Wind, will leave the company at his own request on 30 September 2026; he will continue to advise RWE’s offshore wind business for six to twelve months. Tobias Keitel will become the new CEO of RWE Offshore Wind on 1 October 2026; Julian Garnsey will succeed Tobias Keitel as CTO. -

Colombia: Frontera Energy obtains final order approving plan of arrangement
Frontera Energy has obtained a final order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia approving the previously announced plan of arrangement pursuant to which Parex Resources will acquire all of Frontera's Colombian upstream business consisting of Frontera's oil and gas exploration and production assets in Colombia, its reverse osmosis water treatment facility and its palm oil plantation. -

Kosmos Energy announces Q1 2026 results - delivers record quarterly production
Kosmos Energy has announced its financial and operating results for the first quarter of 2026. For the quarter, the Company generated a net loss of $226 million, or $0.45 per diluted share. When adjusted for certain items that impact the comparability of results, the Company generated an adjusted net loss of $36 million, or $0.07 per diluted share for the first quarter of 2026. -

France: Ocean Winds delivers its first power from floating offshore wind project in France
Ocean Winds (OW), the international offshore wind energy company created by EDP Renewables and ENGIE, has started electricity production at its 30 MW Éoliennes Flottantes du Golfe du Lion (EFGL) floating offshore wind farm. With first power now delivered to the French grid, the project is already supplying renewable energy to homes and businesses in South of France. -

Egypt: Dana Gas confirms full settlement of overdue receivables from Egypt, with AED 73 million ($20m) payment received
