Ireland: Form Energy and FuturEnergy Ireland announce agreement to deploy first Iron-Air Battery Storage Project In Ireland
Form Energy, an American energy storage company, and FuturEnergy Ireland, a leading Irish clean energy developer, have announced an agreement to jointly deploy a 10 MW / 1,000 MWh iron-air battery system in the northwest of Ireland. Germany: The Nordex Group receives orders totaling 54 MW from Prowind in Germany
The project developer Prowind from Osnabrück has placed two orders with the Nordex Group in Germany. The orders include a total of eight N175/6.X turbines with a total capacity of 54.4 MW. Nordex will supply six wind turbines for the Hogenset wind farm, located in Lower Saxony, and two additional turbines for the Füchtorf project, which extends across Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia.
