Valeura Energy enters into a revolving and expandable credit facility
Valeura Energy has entered into a revolving and expandable credit facility with a syndicate of leading international banks and a global commodities trading house. The Facility is a revolving credit line of up to US$75 million, and includes an uncommitted accordion feature allowing total commitments to be increased by up to a further US$250 million, to US$325 million in aggregate. -
