Dolphin Drilling announces financial results for Q1 2026
Dolphin Drilling has announced its preliminary financial results for the three months ended 31 March 2026. Revenues of USD 44.7 million, broadly stable versus USD 47.0 million in Q4 2025, reflecting consistent contract execution and high operational uptime across the fleet. Adjusted EBITDA of USD 8.6 million, up sequentially from USD 8.2 million in Q4 2025 and significantly higher year-on-year.

Eni and Seri Industrial sign agreement to develop the stationary battery supply chain
Eni Industrial Evolution and FIB (Seri Industrial Group) have reached an agreement for the joint development of an integrated industrial supply chain in the lithium iron phosphate battery sector. The initiative aims to create and develop an integrated industrial platform that includes the production of lithium iron phosphate battery cells and modules and the assembly of systems for stationary storage applications and for industrial and commercial electric mobility.

Shearwater announces first quarter 2026 results
Shearwater Geoservices has published the first quarter 2026 results. Revenue in the quarter was USD 120.6 million compared to USD 189.4 million in the first quarter of 2025. EBITDA was USD 35.7 million, a decrease from the year-ago period (USD 58.1 million) due to lower fleet utilisation and changes to the project-mix.

SBM Offshore announces that American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) has released the Statement of Maturity for its Seawater Intake Riser (SWIR) technology. Developed in collaboration with Shell, the SWIR technology features an innovative technique to pump colder seawater from approx. 700 meters below the ocean’s surface up to an FPSO’s topsides to be used for cooling purposes.
