Norway's production decreases in April 2019
Preliminary production figures for April 2019 show an average daily production of 1,729,000 barrels of oil, NGL and condensate, which is a decrease of 24,000 barrels per day compared to March. The decrease in production was mainly due to technical problems at some fields.

The Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI) has reported that in the Groningen town of Westerwijtwerd an earthquake took place with a magnitude of 3.4 on the Richter scale. The worst earthquake so far in the Groningen gas field was in 2012, with a force of 3.6.

PETRONAS has achieved its first liquefied natural gas (LNG) drop by its floating LNG facility, PETRONAS Floating LNG Satu (PFLNG Satu), at the Kebabangan cluster field, 90 kms offshore Sabah. The Kebabangan field is the second location for PFLNG Satu after its successful operation at the Kanowit field, Sarawak.
