Brazil: Equinor declares commerciality for fields in the BM-C-33 area in the Campos Basin Equinor has, on behalf of the BM-C-33 consortium, submitted the Declarations of Commerciality and Plans of Development for two fields in the BM-C-33 concession in Brazil’s Campos Basin. The concession contains natural gas and oil/condensate recoverable volumes of above one billion barrels of oil equivalent. The suggested names for the fields are Raia Manta and Raia Pintada. |

France: Q ENERGY starts construction of Europe's largest floating solar farm Q ENERGY has announced the construction of 'Les Ilots Blandin' solar farm in the northwest of France. The solar farm will be built on the site of a former quarry in the Haute-Marne region of France. With 74.3 MW it is the biggest floating PV project in Europe to date. Provisional commissioning is planned for the first quarter of 2025. |
