UK: RWE launches statutory consultation for low carbon power station RWE, the UK’s largest energy generator, is launching a public consultation on its updated plans for a new decarbonised gas-fired power station on the Humber Estuary, approximately 3.5 km east of Stallingborough village. Poland: RWE sold its Polish offshore wind development project to PGE RWE and PGE have successfully closed the transaction they announced in December. As agreed, PGE has become the sole owner of the F.E.W. Baltic II offshore wind development project in the Polish Baltic Sea. The wind farm has a planned capacity of 350 megawatts and will be located approx. 50 kms from shore, north of the Polish town of Ustka. |
