RWE announces changes to the Management Board of RWE Offshore Wind GmbH

Frontera Energy has obtained a final order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia approving the previously announced plan of arrangement pursuant to which Parex Resources will acquire all of Frontera's Colombian upstream business consisting of Frontera's oil and gas exploration and production assets in Colombia, its reverse osmosis water treatment facility and its palm oil plantation.

Kosmos Energy announces Q1 2026 results - delivers record quarterly production
Kosmos Energy has announced its financial and operating results for the first quarter of 2026. For the quarter, the Company generated a net loss of $226 million, or $0.45 per diluted share. When adjusted for certain items that impact the comparability of results, the Company generated an adjusted net loss of $36 million, or $0.07 per diluted share for the first quarter of 2026.
