US: Halliburton and VoltaGrid Electric Solution reduces emissions for Chesapeake Energy
Halliburton and VoltaGrid have announced the first successful deployment of an advanced electric fracturing solution. This project is the first pad in a multi-year contract with Chesapeake Energy Corp with more than 140 stages in the Marcellus.

Eni acquires Be Power and expands electric charging services offering in Italy and Europe
Eni, through Eni gas e luce, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Be Power, which through its subsidiary Be Charge is the second largest Italian operator with over 5 thousand electric vehicle charging points on public land. The transaction marks a further step forward in Eni's energy transition strategy and commitment to achieve total decarbonisation of products and processes by 2050.

GoM/Mexico: BHP approves Shenzi North project and moves Trion project into the FEED phase
BHP has approved US$544 million in capital expenditure to execute the Shenzi North oil project in the US Gulf of Mexico. In addition, BHP has also approved US$258 million in capital expenditure to move the Trion oil project in Mexico into the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) phase.

Norway: DNO Norge granted drilling permit for well 2/5-15 in PL 006 C
The Norwegian Petroleum Directorate has granted a drilling permit to DNO Norge AS for wildcat well 2/5-15 in production licence PL 006 C. The well will be drilled about 15 kms northeast of the Ekofisk field.

US: Callon Petroleum to acquire Primexx
Callon Petroleum has announced an agreement to acquire the leasehold interests and related oil, gas, and infrastructure assets of Primexx Energy Partners and its affiliates. Primexx is a private oil and gas operator in the Delaware Basin. The cash and stock transaction is valued at approx. $788 million.
