France: TotalEnergies becomes the sole owner of the Grandpuits Advanced Plastics Recycling Plant

Deep Value Driller has completed the previously announced agreement to sell the Group's 7th generation mobile offshore drilling vessel 'Deep Value Driller' to Eldorado Drilling. The Transaction was completed today by DVD delivering the Drillship to Eldorado Drilling against receipt of the purchase price for the Drillship.
