UK: ConocoPhillips closes sale of 16.5 percent interest in Clair field to BP
ConocoPhillips has completed its previously announced sale to BP of a ConocoPhillips subsidiary that holds a 16.5 percent interest in the BP-operated Clair Field for an undisclosed price. ConocoPhillips retains a 7.5 percent interest in the field.

Saipem awarded new onshore and offshore drilling contracts worth USD255 million
Saipem has been awarded new onshore and offshore drilling contracts worth approx. 255 million USD in total. In onshore drilling the new contracts have been obtained in Argentina, Ecuador and Peru. Offshore contracts have been obtained in Mexico, Norway, the Middle East, Pakistan and Indonesia.

Oranje-Nassau Energie and Dyas to merge upstream energy businesses
Oranje-Nassau Energie (ONE) and SHV Holdings have announced that agreement has been reached on the merger of their upstream energy businesses, in a combined entity called ONE-Dyas. ONE-Dyas will be a prominent North Sea focused independent operator, with 2019 gas and oil production of some 35,000 boe/day.
