Germany: Nordseecluster offshore wind project: Substations ready for installation in German North Sea A ceremony held today at the Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France, marked the successful completion of the design, construction and integration phases of two offshore electrical substations, which will become the operational heart of Phase A of the Nordseecluster offshore wind project, a collaboration between RWE (51%) and Norges Bank Investment Management (49%), which is currently under construction off the German coast. |

Germany: Bilfinger contracted for assembly and installation of BP’s Green Hydrogen Plant in Lingen, Germany Bilfinger has been awarded a contract as part of a consortium to deliver the prefabrication, assembly, and installation of plant components for bp’s new green hydrogen electrolyzer. With a planned capacity of 100 megawatts, the new production facility is expected to become the largest of its kind for green hydrogen from bp and the first to be fully owned and operated by the energy company. |
