UK: OGA approves transfer of Saltfleetby licence and operatorship to Angus Energy
Angus Energy has announced that the Oil and Gas Authority has given its consent to the assignment of a 51 percent share in Saltfleetby Energy's interest in the Saltfleetby field blocks of PEDL005 to its subsidiary, Angus Energy Weald Basin No 3. The OGA has also given consent to the appointment of AWB as Exploration and Production Operator of the Field.

UK: CNRI awards KCA Deutag a multi-million pound drilling contract for three UK North Sea platforms
KCA Deutag has been awarded a five-year contract extension by CNR International (CNRI) for three platforms operating in the UK North Sea. The multi-million pound contract is for the provision of drilling operations and maintenance services on CNRI's Ninian South, Ninian Central and Tiffany platforms.

Australia: Red Emperor signs option agreement to acquire large offshore block in the North Perth Basin
Red Emperor Resources has signed a binding Letter of Intent with Pilot Energy and Key Petroleum to secure an option to acquire a 70 percent operated interest in offshore Perth Basin exploration permit WA-481-P, which is located immediately adjacent to the western side of licences that host the 18 million barrels Cliff Head oil field and Xanadu oil discovery.

Norway: OMV agrees transfer of Wisting operatorship to Equinor
Equinor and OMV have agreed on transferring the operatorship for the Wisting license and development phase in the Barents Sea. This transfers the operatorship of Wisting in the development phase to Equinor. OMV will assume the role as operator for the operation phase.

Gulfsands to secure GBP 4 million financing

Petrobras approves 2020-2024 Strategic Plan
Petrobras has approved its Strategic Plan for the 2020-2024 five-year period. The CAPEX forecast for the five-year period is USD 75.7 billion, of which 85 percent is allocated to the E&P segment. The divestments forecast in the plan vary between USD 20-30 billion for the 2020-2024 period, with the highest concentration in the years 2020 and 2021.
