Congo (Brazzaville): Zenith Energy acquires interest in AAOG's Tilapia oil field in the Republic of the Congo Zenith Energy has signed a conditional share purchase agreement with Anglo African Oil & Gas for the acquisition of an 80 percent interest in AAOG's fully owned subsidiary in the Republic of the Congo. AAOG Congo has a 56 percent majority interest in, and is operator of, the Tilapia oilfield in the Republic of the Congo. |

UK: Independent Oil and Gas provides update on Harvey appraisal and Redwell discovery in the Southern North Sea Independent Oil and Gas has provided an update on the results of the Harvey appraisal well 48/24b-6 in the UK Southern North Sea, which appears to be sub-commercial. Updated post-well mapping of the Redwell discovery, to the immediate east of the Harvey licence, indicates that the northern section of the pre-well Harvey structure is likely to contain commercial volumes of gas and that Redwell has fairly substantial gas in place. |
