Norway: Petrolia Noco reports technical discovery on Løvmeis prospect (PL1013) Petrolia Noco has announced that drilling operations on the exploration well on the Løvmeis prospect in PL1013 have been concluded. The well is determined as a technical discovery and will be permanently plugged and abandoned. Congo (Brazzaville): Eni launches the hull of Nguya FLNG, confirming the schedule of Congo LNG’s Phase 2 startup Eni has announced the launch of the hull of the Nguya Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (FLNG) facility in Wison shipyard in Nantong, China. The state-of-the-art FLNG will have a liquefaction capacity of 2.4 million tons per annum (MTPA), and will complement the existing Tango FLNG, which is operational since December 2023. |
