Baker Hughes, Hanwha Power Systems and Hanwha Ocean have announced a Joint Development and Collaboration Agreement (JDCA) for a new small-size turbine for ammonia applications that will leverage Baker Hughes’ small-size gas turbine technology and Hanwha’s ammonia combustion system.

ExxonMobil announces 2024 results
Exxon Mobil has announced Q4 2024 earnings of $7.6 billion. Cash flow from operating activities was $12.2 billion and free cash flow was $8.0 billion. Capital and exploration expenditures, and cash capital expenditures were both $7.5 billion in Q4, bringing the full-year expenditures to $27.6 billion and $25.6 billion, respectively – both in line with full-year guidance. For full-year 2024, the company reported earnings of $33.7 billion.

France: Iberdrola and AGRATI advance in decarbonizing industrial production in France
Iberdrola has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with AGRATI Group, which specializes in the production of fastening systems and mechanical components. Starting in 2025, AGRATI will purchase all the electricity generated by the Florembeau wind farm, located in the commune of Créquy, in the Pas-de-Calais region.
