Spain: TotalEnergies to supply renewable electricity to Data4’s data centers for 10 years
TotalEnergies and Data4, the European champion in the data center industry, have signed an agreement to supply renewable electricity with a stable consumption profile (Clean Firm Power) to Data4’s sites in Spain. TotalEnergies will supply Data4’s facilities with renewable electricity generated by Spanish wind and solar farms with a capacity equivalent to 30 MW, which are about to start. -

Brazil: Búzios field reaches record production of 1 million barrels of oil per day
The Búzios field, operated by Petrobras in the Santos Basin, reached a record daily average production of 1 million barrels per day on October 29th, surpassing the previous mark of 900,000 barrels achieved in August. The largest in the country in terms of reserves, Búzios is the second Petrobras field to exceed the 1 million barrel per day production mark. -

Mongolia: Petro Matad announces operational update
Petro Matad, the AIM quoted Mongolian oil company, has provided an operational update. The Gazelle-1 well, which was tested in October, has been brought onto production at an initial rate of 200 bopd. Heron-2 re-test is ongoing. Heron-1 reached the first anniversary of production start-up with c. 60,000 barrels (bbls) having been produced to date. -

US: Union Jack Oil provides update on Sark well Central Oklahoma USA
Union Jack Oil, a UK and USA focused onshore hydrocarbon, production, development, exploration and investment company, has provided an update on test results at the Sark well, located in Central Oklahoma, USA. Post well analysis indicates the Sark well encountered a valid structural closure but the trap was breached. Following the drilling of four successful discoveries in Oklahoma to date, this is an unexpected and disappointing result. -

Finder Energy Holdings has announced the signing of a farmout agreement to assign a 40% interest in Seaward Production Licence P2530 to Serica Energy (UK). Finder will retain a 20% interest in, and operatorship of, the Licence, which contains the Wagtail Discovery (19 MMbbl Gross 2C Contingent Resources) and the low-risk Marsh and Bancroft exploration prospects.
