04 Feb 26	Brazil: KUFPEC acquires 20% interest in Orca and Sul De Orca in Brazil Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company ('KUFPEC') has reached an agreement to acquire a 20% interest in the Orca and Sul de Orca asset from Shell Brasil Petróleo Ltda, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shell. Current estimated recoverable resource volumes of the Orca development are approx. 370 million barrels with production expected to start in 2029.
04 Feb 26	Kuwait: TotalEnergies and Kuwait Oil Company sign technical cooperation agreement At the opening of the 5th Kuwait Oil & Gas Show and Conference (KOGS), TotalEnergies and Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen their cooperation, exchange expertise and conduct technical studies. The MoU notably includes studies related to new exploration opportunities in the country, for which TotalEnergies will mobilize its technical expertise.

04 Feb 26	TGS awarded OBN contract in the North Sea TGS, a leading provider of energy data and intelligence, has announced the award of an ocean bottom node (OBN) contract in Europe, extending the acquisition campaign further. The company’s node-on-a-rope crew is scheduled to commence acquisition in early April and the contract has a duration of approx. 45 days.
04 Feb 26	Equinor fourth quarter and full year 2025 results Equinor delivered an adjusted operating income of USD 6.20 billion and USD 1.55 billion after tax in the fourth quarter of 2025. Equinor reported a net operating income of USD 5.49 billion and a net income of USD 1.31 billion. Adjusted net income was USD 2.04 billion, leading to adjusted earnings per share of USD 0.81.

Once operational it will generate renewable energy of the equivalent electricity required to power 7,000 homes.
03 Feb 26	Finder Energy provides an update in relation to the Petrojarl I FPSO Finder Energy has provided an update in relation to the Petrojarl I FPSO. To reduce holding costs, the PJI has been successfully relocated from Las Palmas, Gran Canaria to a lower-cost lay-up facility in Granadilla, Tenerife. The relocation, Finder’s first large-scale infrastructure operation for the Kuda Tasi and Jahal Development Project, was completed safely, with the Skandi Minder contracted to tow the vessel approx. 110km to the Port of Granadilla.

03 Feb 26	Germany: TenneT Holding reaches agreement with German government on sale of stake in TenneT Germany TenneT Holding has reached an agreement with Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW), acting on behalf of the German government, on the sale of a 25.1% stake in TenneT Germany for approx. EUR 3.3 billion. This investment strengthens the financial position of TenneT Germany as the owner of strategic infrastructure in Germany.

The biorefinery will have a capacity of 500,000 tonnes per year and will offer extensive operational flexibility for the production of Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF-Biojet).
