Nigeria: San Leon provides funding for development of Oza field, Nigeria
San Leon Energy has conditionally agreed to invest US$7.5 million by way of a loan to Decklar Petroleum, the local subsidiary of Asian Mineral Resources. Decklar is the holder of a Risk Service Agreement with Millenium Oil and Gas Company on the Oza field in Nigeria. Decklar intends to fast-track the initial development of the Oza oil field, which was formerly operated by Shell.
