Azerbaijan: LUKOIL completes deal to increase its share in the Shah Deniz project in the Caspian Sea
LUKOIL has completed the transaction to acquire an additional 9.99% interest in the bp-operated Shah Deniz gas project from PETRONAS. The transaction value is approx. $1.45 billion. Following the completion of the deal, LUKOIL has increased its share in the project from 10% to 19.99%.
