Algeria: Edison completes the sale of its stake in the Reggane Nord licence in Algeria to Repsol and Wintershall Dea Edison has announced that, following the approval by the Algerian authorities of the agreements signed on May 4 and June 29, 2022, it has completed the sale of its 11.25% stake in the Reggane Nord licence, in Algeria, to Repsol (6.75%) and Wintershall Dea (4.50%). The Reggane Nord field produces gas entirely sold to Sonatrach on a long-term basis. |
